• We strive to maintain a complete inventory of all products shown in our web site. If we are out of a particular item we will notify you and ship item as soon as it is available.

• We accept phone or mail orders and PAYPAL SHOPPING CART. Mail orders must be paid by check or money order. If you wish to pay by VISA or Mastercard through mail order you must have an e-mail address. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER by phone.
• We accept checks, money orders, and VISA & Mastercard through PAYPAL only. All special order items must be paid for in advance. Checks take approximately 2 weeks to clear our bank before we ship.
• Absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANEGS on engraved merchandise.
• There is a minimum $4.00 shipping charge on each order except where otherwise noted. If there should happen to be an overage on shipping we will refund the overage either through PAYPAL or by check with order.
